02Which tools do you use?
Proven, well-known security plugins and services (for example Wordfence or Patchstack data), server-level checks, and manual code review. You keep the licences in your name.
03What if my site gets hacked again after a cleanup?
If it is re-infected through the same hole within 30 days, I clean it again for free.
04Do you need my password?
Never send it through the form. I ask for a separate, temporary admin account with your written permission, and you remove it when we are done.
