03I am not on WordPress. Can you still help?
The free scan works for any website. Most of my build work is on WordPress and WooCommerce, and I will tell you honestly if another platform suits you better.
04How do we communicate across time zones?

05Who owns the code and the site?
You do. Everything is built on your hosting and accounts, with documentation at handover.
